Channel is a "bridge-like" connecting source to drain in order to allow current flow and channel exist when voltage at gate is applied to 0.7 or -0.7 volt respectively to NMOS and PMOS
salam... channel is the region between drain and source terminals.the carriers(electrons or holes) will flow through the channel and produce a current in it.
Salam... Channel is the path that allows current to flow from source to drain. It can be perform when the threshold voltage is applied at gate voltage. -NUR HARDHILA BINTI OTHMAN- 2006688089 EEB4B
Channel is located between source and drain which produced when there is voltage applied more than the threshold voltage. It is a path to allow current to flow from source to drain.

Channel connecting source to drain to let the current flow and occur when voltage at gate is applied to 0.7v or -0.7v for NMOS and PMOS.for depletion MOSFET the channel is already occur compared to enhancement type..
