Why in calculation of BJT the depletion region width of emitter can be ignored?

We can ignore the calculation of the depletion in emmiter because the width of the depletion in emmiter is very narrow so we can ignore it

The emitter is heavily doped, while the collector is lightly doped, allowing a large reverse bias voltage to be applied before the collector–base junction breaks down..thus,the depletion of emiter can be ignored

We can be ignored the depletion region in emitter due to it is heavily doped material.And for the heavily doped material,it have very small depletion region.Thus we can ignore the width of the depletion region.

the depletion region width can be ignored in our calculation since that the width is too thin and will not affect our calculation result.

It is because, the material used for emitter is degenerate material ( heavily doped), so, the width is too small compare to width at base.

In calculation of BJT, we can ignore the depletion region width of emitter because; the region is very small due to the forward biased of emitter and base.
