What is the different between homogeneous & nonhomogeneous semiconductor?
homogeneous semiconductor is the semiconductor that are made from the same material and doped uniformly but differ to the non homogeneous semiconductor, this semiconductor are doping varies with position or where the semiconductor conposition varies..example for non homogeneous is like pn junction.. ~~2007126643~~
the different between homogeneous and nonhomogeneous semiconductor..homogeneous s/c--> the entire semiconductor is made of the same material and uniformly. nonhomogeneous-->s/c whose doping varies with position.where the s/c composition varies.eg:pn junction diode.
