Cj is results from the variation of ionized charge in the transition region with applied voltage.Csc is results from injected minority carrier charge stored in the quasi-neutral regions for forward bias.
Csc(Stored charge capacitance), is result of variation of injected minority carrier charge in the regions with forward bias and Csc predominates in forward bias.
Cj(junction Capacitance), is result of variation of charges in the depletion region with applied voltage.Cj predominates in reverse bias.
Cj is the change in charge with a change in voltage while Csc is the pertinent changing charge on either side of the junction which is the charge of minority carrier density as the minority carrier are injected or extracted.
